The staff and management handled all our concerns quickly and professionally after we contacted them. We really appreciated their kindness, care, and attention to detail. We were happy with the location during our three-night stay. It was a very busy afternoon when we checked in, but the front desk staff stayed friendly and took time to answer all our questions. Breakfast was a real highlight, with familiar Vietnamese dishes like bánh Cuốn, bánh nậm, phở and cháo, plus Korean food and continental options. The breakfast team impressed me most. Mr Dinh suggested the coconut iced coffee, and it was amazing. A very pleasant stay.

The high-floor view was stunning, and our deluxe room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom was just as clean. For a city hotel, the price felt fair and the location right in the centre was excellent. This was our second Nha Trang hotel, after Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Most facilities are on the 6th floor: a nice, decent-sized pool, a restaurant we didn't get to try, a kids' room with activities, and an on-site clinic that felt reassuring for emergencies. Check-in took longer than expected because it was busy, and one concierge's attitude left us a bit put off. At checkout, we asked for our bags to be brought down, but one staff member insisted we go upstairs with him to get them and then return to the lobby. We understand there may be procedures, but the way he said it felt uncomfortable. Another staff member quickly offered to bring the luggage down while we rested in the lobby, which made a real difference. I know staff can be busy, but a gentler, more professional manner would improve the experience. The scent used around the hotel also felt dated and may bother some guests. A fresher, more current fragrance might suit better. With more consistent service and some adjustment to the ambience, this could be an even more enjoyable stay. Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá already offers great value, a fantastic location, and beautiful views.

We stayed for three nights, and the welcome at check-in was warm. The rooms were comfortable, with a small kitchen area and sink. Ms. Nguyen, the food and beverage manager, really made the stay special. She chatted with us each morning and checked if we needed anything. Some of our group are allergic to milk, so we asked for soy milk. She arranged special oatmeal with the chef and made soy milk available for drinking or cereal. She also asked about our plans and how she could help. Knowing we had a long train trip ahead, she offered fresh fruit and takeaway boxes so we could pack snacks from the delicious breakfast buffet. That buffet had an almost endless range: pancakes, crepes, waffles, omelets made at cooking stations, pastries, meats, sushi, salads, noodles, and lots more. The location was great, and our room looked out over the beach and sea. There was a clinic, kids' playroom, sparkling pool, spa, free sauna, and fitness centre. Most staff were helpful and seemed keen to give good service. We'd definitely stay again.
