Voco Ma Belle Danang, An Ihg

We had a very enjoyable stay at voco Ma Belle Danang and would gladly come back. Tracy and Jaden deserve a special thank you for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and service, which helped make the trip memorable. The hotel is just steps from the beach, and our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. There was an excellent variety at the breakfast buffet each morning. Our room on the 23rd floor could get a little noisy at night until around 10-11 PM, likely from the Sky Lounge above on the top floor. It honestly didn’t bother us much or take away from the otherwise great experience.

The kids’ playroom was especially handy for our family, and the beach is only a short walk away. We stayed a few days and found the hotel clean and spacious. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with lots of choices each morning, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and stores nearby too. One of the better places we’ve stayed, and we’d happily return.

We recently held a workshop at the ballroom of Voco Ma Belle Danang by IHG, and it went beyond what we expected. The venue was spacious, elegant, and well organized, with a professional but comfortable atmosphere for our guests and partners. The ocean view was a real highlight, stunning and beyond many 5-star experiences we’ve had. Modern facilities, seaside scenery, and excellent service made a great setting for the event. Special thanks to Ms. Nhi and the technical team, Mr Son and Mr Dung, for their professional support during preparation and operation. They handled everything smoothly and attentively, helping us deliver a successful, memorable workshop. Highly recommended for companies or organizations seeking a premium Da Nang venue for workshops, conferences, or corporate events.

The breakfast buffet at Voco Ma Belle was the best and most delicious we’ve had at any 5 star hotel. It had just about everything: eggs made to order, Western and Vietnamese dishes, Dim Sum, food from other Asian countries including sushi, a big pastry station, vegan choices, and my favorite, cheese, meats, pate, and plenty of salads. Talented baristas made the coffee and tea, and efficient waiters brought them piping hot. We loved our ocean beach view room, comfortable bed, and luxurious amenities. The cleaning staff kept the room spotless and were always attentive. The concierge team, especially Henry and Peter, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were professional and genuinely warm, and their local knowledge of pharmacies, grocery stores, laundry, and restaurants was much appreciated. Their tips about attractions, history, and cultural places, including Dragon Bridge, Ba Na Hills, Lady Buddha, Hue, Hoi An, and Marble Mountain-Huyen Khong Cave, plus transport advice, added a lot to our first trip to Vietnam. We also met friends at Ciela Sky Bar near the rooftop infinity pool. We enjoyed South American and Asian fusion food, inventive cocktails, relaxing music, and spectacular ocean and evening city views. Bravo to the chefs and restaurant and bar staff for a memorable night for our group. More than 5 star for Voco Ma Belle in Danang. We plan to return and stay again. Thank you, Maureen and Rodney.
