The dining room served good food, though there wasn't much choice. The fruit, bread, and pastries were all good. Some staff were nice, but the language barrier made communication difficult and it was hard for them to understand us. We complained after coming back to find our room door slightly open. The cleaner probably left it that way by accident, though unfortunately we forgot to take a photo. The place is in a good spot, right across from the beach with shops nearby. I can still recommend it to friends and relatives.

Our room on the third floor looked out toward the beach, and the staff were polite and happy to help with every request. Breakfast was well catered. We ate dinner on the second floor five times, and as someone part Italian, I thought their spag bol was the best I've ever had. I also bought a new travel suitcase from the seller on site. The shower worked well for someone tall, and my wife loved the bath. This friendly little hotel gets 5/5 from us.

The staff are what made this stay stand out. Every person we dealt with was friendly, polite, and eager to help, and Veronica deserves a special mention for her helpful manner and radiant smile. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I haven't had service like this before. Rooms are comfortable, with a couple of good Western movie channels, and the buffet breakfast has a wide range of choices for guests from any country. The hotel sits at the southern end of the promenade, so south-facing rooms look along the coast. The rooftop pool has great views too.

We ended up extending our stay twice because our permanent rental wasn't ready when promised, and I'm so glad we could stay longer. The two-bedroom apartment had ocean views, and we absolutely loved it. The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout, including the people serving the free breakfast, which had loads of options. My only wish for the room was a microwave, since I was traveling with kids and sometimes needed to reheat food after restaurant hours. The team works hard to provide top service, and they do it with real ease and kindness.
