At the start of 2026, Mua Hotel became my quiet station, somewhere to pause before setting off again. The railway pattern on the floor of the main lobby made it feel like a small stop along life’s journey. Sometimes life runs smoothly, sometimes the path bends, and sometimes you need to stop, breathe, rest, and think. After finding your rhythm again, you can head out with the excitement you had at the beginning and continue along your own path. The hotel gave me such warm memories and comfort in Da Lat. Though it’s only two years old, I was impressed by the care in the interior design, food, and service. I’d recommend it to solo travelers or couples looking to make intimate memories in a setting unlike an ordinary hotel.

The room was spotless, and it was easy to walk around the property. I also enjoyed the activities, especially yoga and meditation. The enthusiastic staff gave us a lovely welcome and made a great first impression. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back!

I came to Dalat for my birthday and chose this hotel. The room, service, and location were good, but there were several disappointments. I’d mentioned my birthday by email and nobody seemed to care. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, breakfast was just so-so, and they didn’t offer a wellness program unless you asked. The worst part was the noise. The nearby road made it really loud, and the hotel didn’t seem to have soundproofing. That makes me wonder why it’s called “Wellness.” I won’t come back.

Out of the five hotels we stayed at on our Vietnam trip, this was the worst. The room was tiny, and the service was awful. At check-in, our luggage went to the wrong room. Bugs were all over the bed; we changed the sheets on two nights in a row and still found bugs. The laundry bags were incredibly expensive, with no warning about the charge. We only used two bags to pack our dirty clothes, and they hadn’t been provided to us, but we were charged 130K VND just for using them. It’s hard to understand. The laundry was sent outside and came back a day later than promised. Don’t stay here!

Our luggage was delivered to the wrong room at check-in, and bugs kept appearing in the bed even after the quilt was changed for two nights straight. The room was tiny and the service terrible. There was no warning that the laundry bag would cost so much. Laundry went to an outside service and came back a day late. Don’t come here.
