At 950,000 VND a night, the room had no drinking cup, table, mirror, trash bin, or fridge. The kettle was broken, and so was the shampoo dispenser. They didn't replace the towels each day or top up the bottled water. Staff entered using the door code without knocking while I was still inside. There were lots of mosquitoes, and even a cockroach in the toilet.

The room was fairly spacious, and cleanliness was acceptable, though they really need to clear out the broken, unwanted furniture. The entrance, tucked behind a property company, needs a serious cleanup. There is no elevator, so expect to use the stairs. When the power went out as we were checking out, we had to carry our bags downstairs in the dark.

A two-night booking turned into a frustrating mess. On the day I arrived, reception said they couldn't find my reservation when I called to check in, even though I'd sent my IDs weeks earlier. I had to send my trip.com confirmation to show that I'd booked. Later, they messaged saying I needed to leave a day early and showed what they called proof in their system, with the wrong checkout date. I don't understand how they handle bookings with agencies, but this was a complete mess. The room hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilet paper was too dirty to use, and there were no slippers in the room.

The management was great and helped me out when I ran into problems.
