We were a family of 16 adults attending a wedding, and we didn't want trouble with the two ladies, so we let things go. But the stay was poorly managed, and they were extremely rude. One room had a broken water tap because the property was old. They charged our family 200k VND for it, but didn't fix it, so that room had no water. The booking clearly showed the room details, as did the property listing. Still, the two ladies admitted they'd given us wrong information, then insisted we pay the double room price. All the single and double rooms seemed to have just one double bed for two people. I normally needed only four double rooms for our family, but this meant booking eight rooms, six doubles and two singles. The single rooms cost about the same as doubles, so I had to pay the double rate for all eight.

For foreigners, it's okay if you just need a quick night's sleep before moving on. I didn't feel comfortable showering or really using the bathroom, though, and the bed didn't seem very clean.
