For a very reasonable price, this hotel made our stay in DBP comfortable. We could store our touring bikes safely, and they also did our laundry. The owner speaks English and was very helpful, including making a serious effort to find information about visas for the Laos border. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the place clean. The bathroom had a good sink and shower, the air conditioning worked well, and there was plenty of hot water.

For a budget stay in Dien Bien, I think this is a good hotel. Booking through Agoda gets you a better price. The room is small, with a nice view toward either the mountain or the road. A road-facing room can be noisy, and the cable TV picture isn't clear. There's coffee at the second-floor bar, where breakfast is served too.

April 29-30, 2017. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and a great bathroom, but don't count on getting much sleep. People at the cafe and restaurant downstairs stayed late, shouting over the blenders and street honking. Cigarette smoke from below also filled the room.

A good place to stop while passing through. It's cheap, the bed is soft, the Wi-Fi is fast, the shower gets hot, and the food is good.
