The rooms were large and the price was reasonable. Still, the couches were very cheap and rather dirty, and the beds were hard as wood. We couldn't really make ourselves understood by the woman at reception, probably mostly because of the language barrier. The one good thing I can say about our communication is that she was friendly enough to get us a taxi early in the morning. The rental bikes weren't very customer-friendly either, and they were the only non-automatic bikes we got in Vietnam. The hotel felt like it had seen better days, some years ago.

The rooms are fairly spacious, so no complaints there. Language is always an issue, though. Avoid the second floor, rooms 2xx, if you can. It's on the lowest level, next to heavy traffic, and gets noisy. The bed is a pure PU mattress, which might put some people off.
