The apartment was huge, a good fit for a family or group, and we liked it enough to keep extending our stay. The reception lady was helpful, and staff dealt with our requests quickly. It can be noisy because the place is so central. The apartment also looked different from the photos, though heavily enhanced pictures seem pretty common in Hanoi. Still, we had a really good stay and would come back.

Mayfair works well for a short visit or a longer stay. The apartments are nice, and there’s a pool, playground, and parking. Staff are friendly and speak good English. You can walk to the old quarter and many Hanoi sights, with pubs, beer spots, and small restaurants nearby for an easy meal or drink. Recommended.

We had a clean, quiet, very comfortable three bedroom unit with loads of space. A couple of small things, the light bulbs and wifi, needed fixing when we moved in, but staff sorted them within minutes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’d thoroughly recommend this complex 👍

A spacious, comfortable apartment and a quiet break from Hanoi’s bustle. The staff are very helpful, especially Hang at the front desk. She’s lovely and went out of her way for us, even on her days off.
