We liked the lovely view over the old quarter's streets and rooftops, and the place felt cozy and comfortable. The hosts were kind and friendly, always helping however they could. I stayed an extra week, and they brought a mini-fridge for my room. Bike and scooter rentals are available too. Internet was really fast at 300 M/b!

The owner who runs the place is an absolute angel. We had clean, comfortable rooms right in the middle of the old quarter, with fantastic views of Hoian. The AC was excellent and there was hot running water. It’s a perfect base for getting around to the fun stuff, and I’ll be coming back sometime.

The room turned out not to be that bad, and the location was convenient. Still, finding the hostel took a while because there’s no sign outside. There’s no elevator either, so getting our luggage up to the room was difficult. The exterior looked a little intimidating at first.

Don't stay here or waste your money, even though the price is cheap. The room was old and disgustingly dirty. The linen was very, very dirty, the bathroom smelled awful, and worst of all, there were bedbugs.

What a joke. They cancelled our confirmed booking for eight people the night before because they didn't have enough rooms, and offered no compensation. We waited ages for an official cancellation, but nothing came through. We wrote several times and called twice. Avoid this place, don't waste your time.
