The Haron Hanoi Boutique Hotel

They were so kind to let me in at 3am when I looked like a crazy person with nowhere booked. The room was so nice, the bed made me feel like a princess, and the balcony had a beautiful view. The towels were huge and soft, and the service was exceptional. The price was great compared with other Hanoi hotels I've stayed in. The location is very good, on a quieter street that's still close to shops, and I didn't hear any street noise in the room. It's new, so there aren't many reviews yet, but I'd recommend it.

Good value and a convenient location. The breakfast had a nice variety, and all the staff were polite. Receptionist Linh, a woman whose full name I didn't get, was especially friendly and helpful. The clean, comfortable room had good amenities, including three pillow sizes and an international adapter for guests.

The hotel felt like an oasis amid the bustle of central Hanoi, and I'd choose it again on future visits. It's very close to the cathedral, restaurants, spas and tourist shops, with Hoan Kiem lake just three minutes away and other main sights 20-40 minutes on foot. The room was exceptionally cozy and comfortable, and even had a weighing balance (Ke Le). The hotel is beautifully decorated with lots of Vietnamese art and was very clean. The young team, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast room, were courteous and dedicated. The manager and receptionist went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and at home, and to anticipate their needs. There's a rooftop terrace, plus a clean, professional in-house spa. Breakfast and the restaurant are top standard, with both a buffet and à la carte choices like pho. I hope they can keep up these standards. Highly recommended.

Thomas stopped us on the street and persuaded us to come in for a drink. Glad he did. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Calyxa took us to the rooftop bar for a happy hour cocktail, with a good view over Hanoi and a great fresh Pina Colada. When we went downstairs to the main bar, she was there to help with whatever we needed. Leo made us some wicked cocktails and shots. The place has a classy, almost al Capone kind of vibe. They looked after us well and gave us great suggestions for the rest of the night. Would recommend.
