This was resolved positively in the end, though I've already reported to Google that this place no longer exists. Like the previous reviewer, just a few hours before us, we booked through AGODA and were meant to pay at the property. Our taxi driver was confused when we arrived because he knew it had been sold or joined with Celina resort, though I'm not sure which. Celina couldn't find our name either. We called Agoda customer service, and after an hour of searching for the reservation and sorting it out, they apologized for the mix-up and assured us we'd have somewhere to stay. We ended up at Voco resort, with the same price, room as pictured, and reservation. They said the hotel name had been mixed up because of their location system, though I don't know how that works. We asked Agoda to fix the errors on its website and remove the listing. Lots of reviews seem to confuse this place with Celina, so Google, please take action.

Bao Ninh Beach Resort DOES NOT EXIST! I went to check in today with my Agoda booking and had to book a room at the Celina hotel next door instead.

We had such a comfortable stay that we added another night, and they gave us a free upgrade to a bungalow with an ocean view. The beach and pools were lovely, the place was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The lifeguard was especially helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious too. We'll choose this place again on our next trip.

The beach views are very beautiful, but the service quality felt like 1/5. I was charged for an extra bed for the kids even though no extra bed had been offered when we arrived. They insisted it was their policy, so I paid, but I wasn't happy about it.

The beach was lovely, the spa service was amazing, and the drinks menu was excellent. Food was affordable, and breakfast had a wide selection of local dishes. There are two nice restaurants and a new Iris bar on site, with a good menu. Everything felt just right from arrival until we left, with all the facilities we needed for a family summer holiday. Highly recommended, I can't wait to come back.
