Beachside Backpackers

The beach is warm, white and sandy, with volleyball, kayaking and even surfboards available in the summer. The hostel feels almost like camping right on the beach, a great change from traffic and honking horns. It's good for families and for anyone wanting to slow down and relax. The staff are all keen to make your stay comfortable and fun. There's everything you'd expect, plus plenty more!

The beach was wavy but had nice sand, and the peaceful setting suited us. The downside is that it's a long way from the main part of the city, with only a few restaurants within walking distance, but that was fine for us. Xiuu and the owner An were really friendly and even gave us free shots one night. Best value for money of any hostel we've stayed at on our travels. Definitely try it if you want a nice beach and quiet.

We paid 180 vnd, which included breakfast and a welcome beer. This is a really nice, relaxed backpackers hostel by the beach, with friendly, welcoming staff, about half of them Western. The bathroom was clean and nice. Visit the caves and the national park, though you may end up staying longer than planned. I'll definitely be back.

You can sit by the bar with a beer or two and take in a fantastic beach view. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the staff are really nice, and the food is good quality for a cheap price. Drinks are reasonably priced too. I'd highly recommend staying here.
