The beds are comfortable, and the location is great. I’ve stayed here twice and would come again. The housekeeper is very sweet and obliging, and the staff are friendly. When I had an issue with the room, they jumped in and sorted it out. There’s an elevator, which matters to me, and the travel company in the lobby can help you find the best prices.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice hotel with a park view and excellent service, and the prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minb City.

We expected something else, but ended up with one double bed in a room that smelled as if nobody had slept there for months. We had to pay extra to get what the ad showed, and I wasn’t happy about it.

This guy was very rude and gave me a hard time over my booking. He ripped me off and charged well over the room price. Very unprofessional. I’ll never stay here again. My booking is dated Jan 2, 2019.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to most of the sights in Ho Chi Minh City.
