It rained throughout our stay, but the hosts welcomed us so warmly that we still had a lovely time. The hostess helped us find buses, activities, and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the great hosts! I'd definitely recommend it.

For anyone keeping costs down, this might be worth considering. The rooms were fairly clean, and the location near Nhat Le beach was handy for sightseeing. But the check-in process and price arrangements were a real problem, and service was poor. I booked through Agoda. When I arrived, the owner said I'd pay later but didn't tell me the total. I hadn't worried about extra charges because I'd used the app to get a low price. Later, the owner said there'd been a pricing error and asked me to pay more. The amount went from 333k to 450k for three days and two nights. It wasn't a huge difference, but the surprise made me very angry. Before booking, I'd called the owner, and she told me, "If you find a cheaper system, just book there." Being asked for more on arrival after that made deal hunting feel pointless. The owner also works reception. I waited 15 minutes to check in because nobody was there. When she came down, she thought I'd already checked in, asked a few questions, and then ignored me. I had to remind her before she got my room key. At checkout, she left another man to collect the money and key. He was shirtless and in shorts, and spoke to guests very casually, like we were friends or strangers meeting. I assumed he might be an acquaintance or another tenant, since there seemed to be a few rented rooms on my floor, so I didn't think much of it at the time.

I won't come back. The room was old, the Wi-Fi was nearly unusable and extremely slow, and there was no elevator. It was on the second floor but took four flights of stairs to reach. The road noise was bad at night, with trucks honking loudly. Towels were tiny and thin, more like face towels, there was no hairdryer, and both the fan and air conditioner were very noisy. The booking and extra charges were frustrating too. I called ahead to confirm, and they asked why I hadn't booked directly for 300k. I'd booked through the app with a discount code for 200k, and they got greedy after seeing that. I also called to ask about late check-in and was charged an extra 100k per room. The owner got their way, and because I had already booked and paid through the app, I had to accept it.
