I’ve never stayed anywhere as bad as this. The room was dirty in every corner, and I couldn’t understand the design. The food wasn’t very good either, and the forks and knives seemed old and not very clean. I think this hotel is horrible. You really shouldn’t stay here.

The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and excellent. They helped with everything from tours to restaurants and transport. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, though the bed was a little hard, as I’ve found in many hotels in Vietnam. Breakfast was standard but did the job. I’d happily stay here again when I return to Dong Hoi.

It may be fine for local guests, but there aren't really facilities for foreigners, especially when it comes to food and language. Communicating and figuring out what to eat was very difficult. The rooms weren't clean and the toilet wasn't good either, though it was manageable for a night or two.

The room was comfortable, with a nice bed and plenty of amenities, and the buffet had lots of appealing choices. The receptionist was kind, too. The beachfront location makes it easy to get to major sights, restaurants, and transport. I'd come back next time.

My family and I found the rooms old, and the AC made loud noises all night. There was no ventilation in the toilet and no safe in the room. Don't be fooled by the pictures. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at on our trip, and I wouldn't recommend it.
