The area around the room was very calm, and the staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t very clean.

A basic, clean room with amenities, but there’s no TV. It’s a little noisy because it’s so close to the road.

We struggled to find the hotel tucked away in an odd alley, and one entrance opened onto a hot pot business. Pans, utensils, and people could still be heard late at night, even around 1 or 2 a.m. Inside, the room was grimy, with stains on the towels, quilt, and floor. The bathroom was bare, and the grayish towels looked dirty. A bottle that might have contained shampoo or body wash had no label and didn’t seem safe to use. Worst of all, the shower turned cold in under two minutes, in winter. When I tried to complain, the staff member couldn’t understand English, so we had to call someone they knew to explain what we needed. The stay cost 612 NTD, which felt outrageous for such a terrible night. I’ve never had such a bad travel experience and won’t book this place again.

We got out of there as soon as we could. The place smelled bad, was moldy and dirty, and felt impossible to stay in. Getting most of our money back through Agoda was a struggle. I’d say avoid booking it.
