The price and the poor quality don’t match, and I wouldn’t recommend booking here. The bathroom was very dirty, with a wet floor, bad smell, and hygiene that seemed unacceptable. The bed, mattress, and pillows weren’t clean or comfortable either. The mattress felt old and hard, while the pillows were flat and smelled strange, so it was hard to sleep well. The room looked worn and badly maintained. For what they charge, I expected much better. This was a terrible stay, honestly one of the worst places I’ve been, and I definitely wouldn’t return.

It’s a practical central spot for getting around, and the price is reasonable. The home is clean and basic, fine for resting, though the view isn’t much for photos.

The staff were enthusiastic, and the room was clean and okay. We had a large room for six with three beds, but the air conditioner was too weak and it got a bit cold at night. Hopefully the homestay improves that soon.

The staff were cheerful and enthusiastic, and the place is pretty good for the price and area. The homestay is about a five-minute walk uphill to Dong Van old town, but it sits on a slope with a stone yard, so watch your step. The room felt quite new, was clean, and had nice decor. Sound carries, though: you can hear the neighbors in the morning, and the thin curtains don’t close tightly, so hallway light can come into the room. Turn on the hot water ahead of a shower and give it time to heat.
