The room was spacious and the staff were nice, though somewhat inadequate and incompetent. We booked a room with green walls but got one with grey walls, which made it feel dull and drab. For the same price, we could have found somewhere better. We stayed three nights. The walls are thin, and we heard children screaming from other families for the first two nights. There was also a drunk gathering on our shared balcony that went on until midnight, and stopped only after I told them to. On the third night, karaoke was blasting from the neighboring building until 9.30pm. We didn’t mind because we weren’t sleeping, but it could be a problem for anyone with an early flight who wants an early night. The Wi-Fi was poor. I had online work meetings and used up my phone data during three hours of Google Meetings. If you book through Agoda or western booking services, payment is after your stay. They take bank transfer or cash, no card, so bring enough cash or be ready to make an international bank transfer, which might take them a while to receive.

Staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and guests praised their attentiveness. They help with flexible check-in and checkout, clean daily, and provide secure parking. The villa was also described as “beautiful and romantic.” Rates are around 600k-900k VND/night depending on room type, which is reasonable for longer stays and family trips. A peaceful, well-equipped stopover in a convenient location at an affordable price.

At the end of 2024, we rented a place here for two months during a business trip to Taiwan. After just one month, the landlord showed up and demanded that we pay rent to someone else, then forced us to leave, even though we’d signed a full contract. The landlord had apparently let someone else manage the place, and we had signed with that manager. Absolutely awful. :) I wish your business bad luck with that kind of behavior!
