The manager and staff are really nice, and the room was clean for a reasonable price. It's in a nice, quiet area near lots of restaurants. They rent bikes, though there isn't much choice, and the food here is fair. I'd recommend it.

We liked the quiet location and the pool was a nice way to cool off in the heat, though it's a little small for the size of the hotel and across a small street. The hotel is affordable for longer stays and the service was great. It's a bit far from the city center. Our first clean room had noisy air conditioning, so we moved, but the replacement room had the same issue. Still, four stars.

The location is much too far from the center, and there are no airport transfers. Staff do their best to entertain guests. The rooms are spacious and have a bathtub and balcony, but they could use a good cleaning.

We had a good stay at this simple but decent accommodation. The big, clean rooms were a plus, as was the ground-level swimming pool. The price was very reasonable, and taking the river bus to district 1 helped cut down time in traffic. Staff speak English, the smoothies were good, and breakfast was simple but nice. They had no issue with us bringing our own drinks and snacks since their stock is limited. Grab made it easy to get to Giga mall, 2.6 km down the road. See my video for the hotel layout. A few things needed attention, but were fixed after we asked: there was no tea, coffee, or water on arrival, and the rooms weren't serviced until we requested it. The pool area didn't seem maintained, with the kids pool out of order and dirty loungers and bathroom. It was hard for us as westerners to find food nearby because little English is spoken. The hotel has a reasonable menu, though we didn't try it. Laundry costs 60000VND per kg. We found a local laundry a few kilometers away that charges 7000VND per kg, Dich Vu Giat on google, but the Grab trip there and back makes it worthwhile only for a large load like ours. We recommend Annhien Spa and therapy for a massage. A one-hour full body massage costs 220000VND for ladies or 270000VND for men. It's not on goggle maps, but about a 3-minute walk: leave the hotel, head to the main road, turn right, cross the first side street, then look about 100m further on for the big green sign. They speak basic English.
