The place was extremely disappointing, and we checked out right away. There was a long-term construction site directly beside the property that hadn't been disclosed, and traffic from the very busy main road was clearly audible in the room. Windows were strictly off-limits, with warning signs everywhere. Noise from other guests and the elevator added to it. Our room was nothing like the photos and well below expectations. A safe had been advertised but wasn't there, and the apartment smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. There was no reception, so every conversation had to go through WhatsApp, which was inefficient and highly unprofessional. While we were away briefly, someone entered our room without permission and photographed our belongings. That's completely unacceptable. After a three-hour discussion, management agreed to cancel but kept one third of what we'd paid, even though the apartment was clearly unsuitable because of the noise and misleading information. The way they handled it was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This was one of our worst accommodation experiences. Strongly not recommended. Ho Chi Minh City has far better and cheaper options.
