Sunwah Pearl Riverside Residence Apartments

Expect construction around the building for about two months each year, and it gets very noisy. Sunwah management seems extremely lazy and doesn’t care about tenants. They’re always in meetings and say they’ll call back, but never do.

The building itself is nice, but after living here for about two years, I don’t think I’ll return. It just isn’t worth it. Management was the worst I’ve dealt with: they didn’t communicate with each other, and their way of operating made no sense. Whenever something came up, I often had to act as the go-between, which wasted a lot of time. Security felt disrespectful and inconsiderate, more interested in judging people than keeping them safe. Once, while the service elevator was under construction, I needed to bring my bicycle up to my apartment. They wouldn’t let me use another elevator and made me wait without saying how long it would take. That’s terrible service for a building calling itself “luxury.” My family visited often, and they weren’t treated with basic respect either. The service and management were awful.

The place is beautiful, clean and modern, and the security staff are polite and good.

The view is beautiful and the location is good. The design looks lovely and modern, from the lobby through all the public areas. Facilities are good too, including a gym, yoga room, swimming pool and kids area.
