The place is very clean and the service is good. It’s affordable too, and handy for Duc Trong, with the airport nearby and Dalat about 25 km away.

I only came back here to sleep during my short work trip in Duc Trọng, and most of my time was spent out during the day. Still, I had a bad stay over those two nights. The elevator was so slow you could walk faster, and the room looked neglected, with old furniture, dirty walls, and a dirty sink. I didn't use the AC, but water kept dripping during the night. I reported it to reception; they wiped it up and left it at that, and the leak was still there the next day. The second night was worse. I was exhausted and trying to sleep when the next-door guest woke me around 2 a.m. yelling and banging on the wall. At about 5 a.m. I saw that he seemed intoxicated or possibly on drugs, and I felt frightened and unsafe. I checked out and found somewhere else to stay. The hotel needs to update things and know how to handle emergencies instead of just hearing complaints and ignoring them. If you stay, check the room before you check in and be careful.
