Kiki's House

Our easy-riders, hanh and Tài, were excellent drivers, and we felt safe the whole time. Kiss led our 4 days 3 nights Ha giang loop with bibi and did a great job. The groups are smaller, up to 8 people, and in the evenings there were shots of happy water and karaoke with the easy riders. It was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend doing the loop with bibi.

This is a review of the Bibi tour, not the hostel. We did the 3 day 2 night trip with Tony at the start of January, in a group of seven, and it was incredible. My rider was Ling and my partner’s was Tony. All the drivers were safe, careful and fun, and the care they gave each guest made the places we visited feel special. Tony was a fantastic guide and spoke English really well, so we always knew what the plan was each day. He took us to quieter places off the beaten track that bigger groups don’t reach, like Mama’s Homestay, where I’ve heard there can be about 50 bikes, or places you might only find on your own. We went with the Luxury option and had private rooms on both nights. The hotel and homestay were clean and really nice, and all the meals were delicious. As a vegetarian, I had some of the best food I’ve eaten in Vietnam. I’d been apprehensive about the Ha Giang Loop because so much of the promotion focuses on partying. With Bibi’s smaller group, it was up to us whether we wanted that, and it never felt overwhelming. Our group also wanted a similar kind of trip. Tony and his team made it a once in a lifetime experience with no issues. I honestly can’t recommend Bibi tours enough.

The only real downside on my second 4 day 3 night Ha Giang loop with Kiki was my bike’s rear shock failing on day two. It bounced too much, which made the ride uncomfortable and a little unsafe. I reported it, but the boss said fixing it in Dong Van was too expensive, so I had to keep riding it that way. I also got a 700000 ticket for a signal light infraction, which is normal. Apart from that, it was a really good trip. The route and stops were great, the food was nice, and our guide, Hung Thang, was top notch. Tom took care of things when we arrived, and Long handled the booking and price. My travel partner Mike and I had separate rooms for all five nights, and they were good. They arranged a bus for our 6:30 am departure and gave us delicious egg bahn mi sandwiches to take away. Thanks again.

The private room was comfortable and had a great view, and my easy rider was amazing. Do yourself a favor and book your Ha Giang Loop tour at Kiki's House. Highly recommend!
