We booked a non-smoking room for May 2nd, 2018, but it reeked of damp cigarettes. After we asked to switch rooms, staff said they'd freshen it up and that it would be fine. We waited in the common hallway for housekeeping. All they did was spray an anti-smoke aerosol and tell us to wait 15 minutes. The cigarette smell was still there afterward, and they hadn't tried washing the furniture or any other surfaces we might touch. We were then shown another room, but it smelled damp, had carpet stains, and still needed cleaning. Housekeeping hadn't gotten to it, apparently because of a late checkout. It needed a complete overhaul, not just a clean. When we asked why the non-smoking room we booked wasn't available, we were told the hotel caters to many Korean businessmen who smoke. That's no excuse. In our opinion, the hotel should advertise in capital letters: “THIS IS A SMOKING ONLY HOTEL.” We ended up booking somewhere else and had an amazing experience there. We hope this helps you decide.

The facilities feel quite dated, and the driving range wasn't very good. You can't rent anything, and even though our room was meant to be non-smoking, it smelled of cigarettes. The hotel had a strange vibe.

The room was clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly. English was a bit of a challenge, though. The pool area looked somewhat run-down, and the hotel sits among industrial estates, far from a pleasant setting.

A lovely-looking hotel that’s both affordable and convenient to stay at. It also has a swimming pool and a free golf driving range.
