We found a perfect place to rest before starting the loop: soft mattress, water, clean towels and a very clean bathroom. Breakfast was a great start, with bread, eggs, salad and fruit. We also rented a motorbike here, and the price and quality were the best. The Yamaha 150 scooter handled the weight of two people perfectly, even on challenging roads. While on the loop we decided to add another day, so we messaged Linh about extending the rental. She made it easy, with no problem at all. After the loop we stayed another night before moving on. We slept really well and woke up late, but Linh still made us a delicious breakfast. If you’re choosing between this and somewhere else, this is your sign to stay here. Thanks for everything, Linh!

I’m leaving the lowest rating because they cancelled my booking through booking.com after I posted a 3 star review they didn’t like, so my review wouldn’t show on their booking page. I booked a private room but barely slept. At 2am and 4am, groups of people came in talking really loudly. The host didn’t keep things quiet, and it even sounded like they were part of the conversation. The room had no insulation, so I could hear everything from downstairs and upstairs. It felt like a makeshift house, with a floor that squeaked badly and every step upstairs coming straight through into the room. I’d taken a daytime bus from Hanoi to get a proper sleep before the ha giang loop, but ended up paying extra and getting no sleep. I could’ve saved my money and taken a night bus.

My friend and I had a perfect room, and the balcony had a lovely atmosphere. It’s a really nice homestay. They rent motorbikes and let us use their bicycles for free. The owner is lovely and helpful!

This is a cheap option for budget travellers, but the hospitality is top notch. The lady and the boy were both helpful, and the family made tourists feel very welcome. You can stay here and rent a bike too.

It was nice to stay here before the Ha Giang loop, especially since you can check in at night. The service was very nice, and the motorcycles were good and fairly priced!
