Bin Bin Hotel 15 - Near Feliz En Vista

Such kind staff, very, very welcoming. I also love the location and the green area here.

Really disappointing and disrespectful experience. At check-in, I had to pay upfront, and only a two-bed room was available, for 850,000 VND. The next afternoon the hotel called while I was out and asked me to move to a single-bed room because another guest needed the two-bed room. I agreed to help. Then, the following afternoon, reception called to ask if I was extending my stay. I said yes and that I would pay the difference when I got back. But when I returned to my room for lunch, they told me to move again, saying it had already been booked online. I ended up paying another 150,000 VND and had to leave at 2 PM to find somewhere else to stay. They handle room bookings inconsistently and poorly, and it affected my rights as a guest and my rest time. The hotel was very disappointing. One star. Think carefully before choosing it.

New hotel, clean room, and an okay new air conditioner. The shower is tiny, and the location is okay, near a charging station. On the night shift, I asked if there was a microwave and was told no. In the morning I saw one by reception. The female staff member was friendly and said I could bring anything I wanted to film downstairs. I was so excited.

The room was clean and had the basics, with lots of good restaurants close by.
