DON'T EVEN TRY, SUPER SKETCHY! The location is pretty bad, in the slums, so forget about having a view. The rooms are decorated okay, but there's basically no service. There's only one cleaner guy to help, and the owner is never around. The person who does attend to you only speaks Vietnamese. The owner wanted the money first, probably a greedy person. There's no drinking water or laundry in the apartment, and the guy doesn't know the Wi-Fi password or how to use a card. The taps leak, the shower area is tiny, and there's only an air conditioner, no fan. We arrived at 2am and were too tired to find somewhere else. Go anywhere but here. A lane parallel to this one is much nicer and cheaper. Horrible experience, with major security and service issues. THE COFFEE HOUSE is a dead place, all bad vibes are here. I'm just glad we still have our baggage.

On 7 September 2019, I booked and paid 785k through Agoda for a 45m2 deluxe room. At reception, they said there were no deluxe rooms left and offered a small, noisy 25m2 room instead. Agoda still showed three 35m2 rooms available, but reception said none were available. Be careful with this place. I had already paid and couldn't get my money back.

The drinks were really good, and the view at sunset is fantastic. I came here for coffee, but finding it took a while: the address is 2/42 Cao Thang, not 42 Cao Thang.
