The salted coffee was amazing, with a taste I'll remember. Foodconnexion is a cozy, welcoming place to start the day, and the breakfast was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Xuân, Trâm, Hà, Ý, and Anh were all friendly, attentive, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I'd highly recommend it for breakfast and service.

We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun. The staff were cordial and professional, and I'd definitely stay here again. We were at this beautiful hotel for four nights, from November 27th to December 1st. Our room on the 15th floor was spacious, clean, and very nice, with a lovely city view. We ordered room service, and the food was good quality. Breakfast had a large selection of cuisines, and I especially loved the sweets section. We also had dinner at Mad Cow one evening. The menu didn't seem very large, but the wagyu burger I chose was really tasty.

We stayed at Pullman Saigon Central as a family of seven and had a wonderful time. The location was convenient, the pool area pleasant and well maintained, and the hotel gave us a comfortable urban resort experience. Breakfast was high quality, with a wide international spread. We especially liked the range and quality of cheeses, and the international dishes suited European tastes well. The Executive Lounge was another highlight. Its food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere and service made the higher room category feel worthwhile. Across all departments, staff were friendly, attentive, and well trained. Their English was excellent, and service felt proactive. Our rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping paid close attention to detail. Evening turndown, drawn curtains, a daily weather forecast, and care around our bottled water use were small touches that made a real difference and showed professionalism. We'd highly recommend Pullman Saigon Central to travelers looking for reliable international standards, good service, and an enjoyable stay.

For nightlife, the central location right on the bar street is very convenient. The Executive Lounge has breakfast and evening cocktails, with a relatively exclusive breakfast experience for members. But despite the hotel's sleek modern design, the property itself felt average, and sound insulation was poor. Music from street nightclubs thumped through what seemed to be single-pane curtain wall glass until well after midnight. I was assigned Room 01, at the tapered corner of the building, and its layout was irregular. The half-height wall between the bathtub and bed was impractical, and I was constantly at risk of bumping into it. Cleanliness was also clearly unsatisfactory: a cockroach came out of the bathtub. I managed to flush it away with the shower, otherwise I wouldn't have slept all night. The service met Accor's basic minimum standards, but staff generally seemed detached and indifferent, perhaps because occupancy was high and many members were staying there. They often took a defensive approach to member requests. In my booking notes, I asked for a better room if one was available and to earn points on another room booked the same day, up to two rooms under Accor's terms. The pre-arrival welcome email was surprisingly unaccommodating. It said upgrades were limited to one tier and depended on daily operations, and that points would be awarded for only one room. I emailed to clarify that Accor's official terms allow points on up to two rooms booked on the same day. The hotel later admitted the welcome email was wrong and confirmed points for both rooms, but its tone had already made me feel unwelcome and unvalued. It came across as arrogant and defensive. I'd suggest they stop sending those welcome emails, since they do more harm than good. On checkout day, I asked for a late checkout until 4:00 PM for one of our three rooms, a common courtesy at many hotels for Platinum/Diamond members. Staff refused, citing high occupancy. I explained we only needed the room so our party could change clothes before going to the airport, but the front desk still flatly declined. It showed little empathy and a tendency to rely on rigid policies when denying non-guaranteed member benefits. The hotel works for travelers who want easy access to Ho Chi Minh City's nightlife. Accor has several properties in the city, though, and next time I'll put Sofitel first because it's known for better service. Here, members are treated with coldness and indifference.
