The Royal LandPark - Phu My Hung

The penthouse reservation was confirmed, but when I arrived to check in, I was told it had been rented to a long-term guest and wasn't available. They showed me another room instead. If they'd told me sooner, I could have stayed at the hotel I'd already checked out of. The replacement was an odd setup, two small single rooms joined together, with separate entrances numbered 403 and 404. The size was okay, but the bathroom was small and the king bed took up most of the bedroom. The only open area was the living room, which had a kitchen and a tiny balcony. I stayed three nights, and housekeeping didn't seem to clean the floor. Walking around barefoot left my feet dark with dust-like dirt.

District 7 has lots of Korean shops, so it’s a good spot if you enjoy Korean food. It’s also near FV hospital and elite k12 cambridge schools. My room was spacious, tiled, and very clean, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious beef pho. They didn't offer coffee at first, but after I asked, I got a nice iced coffee. I recommend this hotel.

A room costs over 600,000 VND, yet it was unbearably dirty. If you can't keep it clean, don't take guests.

I stayed for a month and found it very good for the area, clean and quiet, with attentive, enthusiastic staff. It’s close to tourist attractions and places to eat. I’ll come back next month.
