The Royal Vista Phu My Hung Hotel

The whole experience felt unsettling and unprofessional. It started with an AC unit that smelled of smoke. When I raised it at the front desk, the staff were dismissive and didn't help. I called my booking agency from the lobby to sort it out. While I was speaking with their representative, the receptionist confronted me, followed me into the lobby, got into my personal space, and demanded that I read messages on her phone. I decided to leave early because I didn't feel safe. Three security guards were called; they followed me out to the street and tried to stop me re-entering while I waited for my transport. They also demanded that I delete the photos I'd taken to document what happened. A simple maintenance complaint turned into intimidation. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about safety or basic service.
