The bed was reasonably comfortable and the hotel was nice in general. But it really needs a thorough scrub. The walls beside the bed were nasty.

I paid 350k VND for one night after seeing some good reviews. It has the necessary amenities and is decent for the price, but the room was small, old, and dirty, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise. Housekeeping had even left trash in the guest elevator, which felt unhygienic. If you can afford a few hundred thousand VND more, you should spend it for a better night’s sleep.

There are lots of delicious breakfast choices just a few steps away. The view is the best in Ha Giang, and prices are the cheapest in the square.

The location is 10/10, and on weekdays a single room is 350k/night. The room is spacious with a large bed and clean bathroom, very ok. It’s a reasonable place to do laundry, whether you’re stopping to rest or getting ready to visit places in Ha Giang.

There’s plenty of parking for large cars, and the hotel has an elevator. The rooms are spacious and clean. It overlooks the square, which is lively but noisy at night. At 5 am there’s an aerobics group and people walking around.
