The location worked well for us, with good restaurants and cafes nearby and Bai Chay terminal and the beach about 20 minutes away. The staff didn't speak English, but Google Translate made communication okay. The room was one of the best I've stayed in: cozy, large, clean, and had everything you need. You could ask to have it cleaned, and our laundry was ready in two hours, at 50K/1kg. Breakfast choices were fried eggs and bread, fried noodles with egg, or noodle soup. The eggs and bread weren't anything special, but the fried noodles were SO GOOD!

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when my mother got sick during our trip. They were really there for us. The rooms are spacious and clean, with water and fresh towels provided every day. A great place to stay in Halong, 100% recommend.

We were a group of 12, and every one of us enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the bedrooms nice and clean, breakfast was good, and the location was great. We'd happily come back next time. Highly recommend!

We had eggs and toast, fruit, and coffee for breakfast. It's basic, and they like you to choose the night before. The place was clean, good value, and in a great location, with lovely staff. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend staying here.
