Bao Han Hotel

The hotel’s location in the tourist district made it easy to get around and see the sights. I also appreciated how helpful everyone was, from the friendly, efficient receptionist who answered my questions to the staff who arranged a stove and utensils when I asked to cook for myself. There was plenty to enjoy on site: breakfast had fresh food and a broad mix of Vietnamese and Western choices, and the chef prepared delicious meals. The coffee shop was cozy, while the mart and gift shop had good selections at reasonable prices. Laundry came back clean and pressed, and quickly, too. My room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, with a soft bed, fresh linens, a clean bathroom stocked with toiletries, and a lovely city view. The furniture was in good shape and everything felt well cared for. I had a wonderful stay at the Bảo Hân Hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient base in hạ Long.
