BBQ Hostel

The location worked out so well, with the sea just a two-minute walk away. A nearby park gave us a lovely view of the limestone rocks lit up at night, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. I booked an eight-person dorm and was surprised by how nice it was. The room was clean, with a huge balcony and two modern, pretty bathrooms. Even the entrance hall was decorated nicely. For such a cheap nightly price, the whole place felt more like a luxury hostel or a hotel. What really made the stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. Thanks so much for making the visit even better, and take care, you guys. I had a wonderful time and honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay. If I return to Ha Long, this will be my first choice. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone staying in Ha Long Bay. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

The room was lovely, and the receptionist was friendly. I booked a Ha Long Bay tour through her, and the two-day, one-night trip went perfectly. The weather and scenery were both beautiful. I also booked a Ha Giang tour with her. I'd book here again if I return, and recommend it to lots of my friends.

We booked a basic room on agoda, but the previous guests kept our room, so she moved us to a family room at no extra charge. The service was really nice. The room smelled lovely, the bed was great, and the water pressure was strong. The prices for water, noodles, and Coke in the room were normal.

We arrived at Halong Bay really late, and the owner was so kind that I was overwhelmed. She and her whole family were generous, and she even asked her husband to drive us around to look for a restaurant. The property was beautiful, the rooms were amazing, and the location was perfect. I think this was the best place we stayed during our time in Vietnam.
