The staff made the stay feel easy, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty choices each morning. The rooms were spacious, with a big, very comfortable bed, and the modern hotel was well maintained. From there, it’s around a 15-minute walk to the marina for cruises and waterfront activities, while the setting stays quieter than the busy areas. I spent two nights at Paradise Suites Hotel Halong and would happily come back.

It seems like the hotel mostly makes sense as a place to stay before a boat trip. The surrounding area felt nearly deserted. The room was spacious and had a huge bed, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. But the windows don’t open, and reaching the advertised pool requires a shuttle.

The peaceful island setting is lovely, and it’s a great base for boat trips in Ha Long. The food was delicious, especially the salmon. The staff were so friendly and helpful that they even arranged a taxi to Hanoi after our Grab car was cancelled. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here the night before our HaLong Bay cruise. The place was clean and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was a little limited, but everything offered was fresh and tasty. I’d recommend it before or after a cruise.

I tried the Classic style sandwich and thought it was lovely. Paradise Suites had remarkable food and fine dining, along with excellent service. To me, it’s the nicest hotel in Ha Long Bay, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling there.
