Grand Pioneers Halong Bay Cruise 2

We couldn't stay overnight on the cruise, but I still want to thank the manager and staff for how they helped us. Our son got sick during our trip in Vietnam and became worse on board. The manager quickly arranged for a doctor to come assess him, and we were taken to the nearest hospital within 30-40 minutes. Patrick Le also helped us while we were at the hospital. He was always reachable and organized the things we needed. The room was superb with a nice view, and the food was very tasty. I really appreciated everyone's support, even though we couldn't spend the night on the ship.

The swimming pool and the observation deck, with its bar and music, were our favorite facilities. Everything onboard that we got to use was very good. The food in the restaurant was also very good, and Ms. Mira provided professional service as a waitress, on a level I'd compare with the best European restaurants. Mr. Jerry, the ship manager, was helpful and well organized throughout the cruise. His assistants gave us the information we needed and guided the excursions. The service was very good from start to finish. I recommend this cruise for its combination of Ha Long Bay, excursions, good food, and quality service.

The cruise staff made my birthday unforgettable, with warm hospitality and thoughtful surprises. It was such an unexpected, joyful experience, and I'll always cherish the memories. Mr. Ben and Mr. Jerry were especially kind and attentive, with outstanding service. Thanks to them and the whole team for making the day so special. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our parents' 50th Anniversary on the Grand Cruise II and had a fantastic time. The crew really is the heart of the ship. Ben in catering was attentive, and Jerry kept things running efficiently throughout our stay. The service was 5-star all the way. It did feel a bit too short, though. We'll definitely return and book the 3-day, 2-night option next time so we can take it all in.
