We paid full price and still had no breakfast in the morning because they forgot. One bed had no sheets, and the other clearly hadn't been changed after the previous guest. There was period blood on one towel. At 4am we woke the receptionist, who was rude and arrogant, then screamed at us when we complained and sent us off with the middle finger. We were charged extra for early check-in, even though we left a few hours later within checkout hours. Horrible experience.

Cheap price, cheap quality. The room smelled bad and had no shampoo or body wash. We booked a bus tour to Hanoi, but the receptionist told us to wait two hours and then suddenly disappeared. They didn't refund our bus fee either. Please don't stay here.
