The room was fantastic, virtually new and spotless, and the hotel's decor and materials were high standard. The cost was very reasonable for what we got. Even though we came down late, the woman serving breakfast happily accommodated us. Nothing to fault here. A perfect experience, highly recommended.

I booked just one night and checked out early, so they upgraded me to a bigger room with a large window. The hotel is near Big C. Staff were helpful, though they rarely smiled. There was no refrigerator to keep water cool and no tissue on the table. The emergency exit elevator is near the window, which is great.

The breakfast was divine, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too, with stores nearby and plenty of places to eat. Loved staying here.
