We'd arranged a later arrival with the hotel because our transport was delayed. They said it was no problem and that they'd be happy to welcome us, but when we showed up at the agreed time, the receptionist said our Booking reservation had been canceled for being too late. They still refused to give us a room, even though Booking showed rooms available. I wouldn't recommend this place.
