Hana was a wonderful host, spoke English well, and arranged a great Ha Long Bay boat cruise for me. The hostel felt homey and had the feel of a roomy European loft. It was quiet even after 22:00, and my big, clean room had a comfortable bed. The location worked well too, close to the port, beach, cable cart, shops, and restaurants. I really recommend it.

The managers were warm and welcoming, and took us around the market. They also sorted out everything we needed, including buses, boats, and scooters. Rooms were inexpensive and comfortable, with a quiet spot away from the street. Best hotel in Vietnam.
