My family tried to give feedback and it turned into an argument. The front desk staff didn't make us feel welcome, and when something was wrong with the room, they blamed the previous guests and said they were too busy. The room quality was extremely poor, and the service attitude was just as bad. I don't even want to give this one star. EXTREMELY REASONABLE.

The front desk told us we could go in and check out the room, but the cleaning staff then yelled at us for walking back and forth because, they said, we were stopping them from cleaning. The room itself was run-down, and the staff were rude to guests.

The room was dirty, and there was a large hole in the ceiling. There’s no elevator, and the hotel lost power twice during the one night I stayed. I’ve never seen a hotel look this bad. It was an awful, almost haunting experience.
