We arrived at 4 a.m. after our previous Ha Long booking was cancelled, and they still made room for us. That meant a lot. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and everything seemed well looked after. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help when we left our wallet in a taxi. They contacted the driver and handled the communication until we got it back. We were so grateful. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it. I don’t think you’ll find a better hotel in Ha Long.

Her name is HUONG TRAN, though she likes to go by Kelly. She runs the hotel with her family and was educated in Australia. It’s hard to find someone around here who speaks English so perfectly. She helped me out a few times, and I can’t say enough about her attitude and how attentive she was. Thank you, Lady Tran.
