The room was spacious by Vietnam standards and very clean. It's in a handy spot for walking around. Staff didn't hover, but were available whenever we needed help.

10/10
The room was clean and quiet, and there's an elevator. The staff were kind and happy to help. It's a convenient place in town for business or travel, close to a supermarket and Ben Binh station for boats to Catba island.

2/10
There were bedbugs or some other biting bugs in the bed. The hotel was still operating even though Google said it was permanently closed. It was inexpensive, but I wouldn't stay again.

A solid, affordable option in Hai Phong, with clean rooms and a convenient location. Breakfast was a nice extra.

For the price and quality, it's okay. It was my first visit to Hai Phong, and there are lots of restaurants around.
