The room had a window looking into the hallway, even though the booking.com photos showed windows facing outside. We also had a running-water problem, and once it was fixed, there still wasn’t hot water. The staff were slow to respond to those issues. The one bright spot was the breakfast staff, who were friendly and made a great meal. The hotel is also conveniently located near everything. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s comfortable and reasonably priced, with large rooms, some of which have a nice view. The owners speak English. The bathroom could use a deep clean, especially the drains and taps, though that’s been the case at most hotels we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Breakfast is poor.

A good hotel for the price, and the owners and staff were the best part. They were always kind, communicated well with us, and helped with our requests. I can definitely recommend it.
