The WiFi was very strong, and we had a lovely hot shower in a clean, spacious room. Staff were great, and breakfast was really nice. There’s a separate restaurant too, which was great. A fabulous hotel on Cat Ba island.

It was easy to walk to plenty of shops and places to eat from here, and the workers were really kind. Our room was so comfortable, and the included breakfast was lovely. We had a great stay and couldn't ask for more.

We found it easy to get around town on foot from this great location. The place was very clean and had what we needed, and all the staff were friendly. The receptionist knew Cát Bà well and spoke great English. I'd definitely stay again.

The beds are huge, and fresh towels were brought each day. Staff were very friendly, and they made eggs to order at breakfast. Highly recommend!

We liked the breakfast, and the restaurant downstairs was good too. The hotel also has gorgeous cats. We booked two of the advertised tours, a day cruise and the bioluminescent plankton tour, and enjoyed them both. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the location was so good that we extended our stay. We'd happily come back.
