The staff and service are amazing. With the new bar, I think this will become the hottest spot on the island.

We had a large, bright room with a balcony overlooking the bay, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was good value, and the heater came in handy during our ‘winter’ stay. The bed was hard, as is common in Asia, and without a shower curtain the bathroom floor stayed wet. The hotel could use some updating, but we were happy overall and would stay again.

The bay views used to be a highlight, but the hotel now needs a serious update. The rooms feel old, the hard beds are uncomfortable, and there’s no heating. With no shower curtain, the bathroom floor stays wet. Breakfast was poor quality and offered little choice. Some laundry belonging to our group also went missing, which was not good at all. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

We got great value for the money, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. From the balcony there were beautiful views of the bay and the main waterfront street. Restaurants, bars, and markets were all an easy walk away.
