The staff were friendly, the rooms were in great condition and very clean, and breakfast was filling. The front desk helped us call taxis and even let us leave our bicycles at the hotel for several days. Six friends and I stayed for two separate nights. We'd highly recommend it and would stay again.

We had the Family two beds room. The free breakfast and wifi were good, but otherwise everything was just okay. For business travel, it's not ideal because there was no iron in the room or one available to borrow. The bathroom curtain was installed outside the bathroom, which is just crazy. Anyone, especially kids, can roll it up while someone is showering or using the toilet.

I first booked this hotel but canceled when my plans changed. Later I tried to book for different dates, but the room I wanted was no longer available. Seeing what happened in Hai Phong on a rainy day made me glad I hadn't stayed there. It rained for a few hours, and my taxi passed along the hotel's street, which was flooded. Some cars tried to drive through while others turned back. The water was close to knee high, so I told our driver to turn around. I definitely didn't want us to get stuck in the flooded street. If we'd stayed at this hotel, it might have been difficult to get back that day.

The breakfast was great, the staff were kind, and our room was clean and quiet. There's a small gym and a ping pong table on the top floor. We loved staying at the hotel.

The place is clean and straightforward, and the staff were helpful. I was glad the air conditioner could heat the room when it was cold outside. The internet was the one letdown, patchy and poor quality.
