For Bancao, this is the best value I've found. The balcony is tiny, barely enough room to step out for a smoke, and there's no outlet by the TV, which is inconvenient. The place is clean.

My family and I found the apartment very satisfactory, so I wanted to leave an honest review. I know people wonder whether reviews like this are seeded, but I'm just a customer, not advertising for the place. The owner replied quickly and offered to store our belongings early if the room wasn't ready. It's conveniently located near the center and plenty of restaurants. Everything was very clean, from the toilet to the bed, and the interior looked new and beautiful, though I don't know when the home opened. The TV is huge, Netflix is free, and the Wi-Fi is strong. I'll stay here again on a future trip.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the service was enthusiastic. Lots of places to eat and have fun nearby, too. Good value for the money.

I had a reservation but no clear address or phone number to contact anyone. I couldn't locate the place at all, and even the taxi drivers couldn't find it.

It isn't a hotel, so communication can be a little inconvenient. The facilities are clean, and the fairly busy location means there are plenty of cafes, supermarkets, and good restaurants nearby.
