We were made comfortable right from arrival, with refreshments in the period furnished foyer and a professional check-in. Hieu at Reception was marvellous. The beds were comfortable, and there was air-conditioning, jazz music, umbrellas, and bacon at breakfast. The doorman and waiters helped make the hospitality feel high-standard. It’s well placed for most amenities and fantastic value. A very pleasant stay all round.

For tourists visiting Hai Phong, this is a great place to stay. The room was spacious, the location was perfect, and both the facilities and breakfast were great. The staff were incredibly nice, and the value was excellent.

I wish we’d booked more than one night. The pool was lovely for lounging, and our room was beautiful. We were welcomed with a drink and a cool towel, and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was good, though the buffet wasn’t huge. It is a bit of a trek downtown.

We could easily walk into town, and the place was clean and nice. Staff were really friendly, and since we had an early trip booked, they prepared a packed breakfast for us. There was a good breakfast spread too. The pool is small, but a nice cool spot on a hot day. The chap on the street corner gives a good shave. Worth staying here.

The location was good and breakfast was great. My room and the facilities were a little old, but everything was clean. Staff welcomed me with a drink and mooncake because the festival was coming up.
